In the intersection between Ruzafa and Olivereta, we acquired a 240 m² apartment for an investor and transformed it into two asymmetrical units of 120 m² each. Both apartments included four rooms and two bathrooms. After a six month renovation focused on combining strong rental yield with long term value creation, the result was a pair of high quality assets that exceeded expectations.

Designed with generous living spaces rather than maximising the number of rooms, each unit performed consistently and achieved around 2,400 euros per month. The total investment was approximately 330,000 euros including all costs.
The investment cycle closed successfully two and a half years later, with each unit sold at 460,000 euros. This demonstrated how thoughtful transformations protect the investor’s capital and generate significant value.
