How does investing with weVLC work?
Investing with weVLC is simple and fully guided. After a short qualification call, you sign and pay a soft commitment to get access to the investment platform where carefully selected opportunities are published. From there, you can reserve a project and we take care of everything—from purchase to renovation and rental management.
How do you handle renovations and quality control?
All apartments are renovated using a proven, standardized concept designed specifically for rental living. We use durable, high-quality materials and include a 12-month renovation warranty. You’ll have one feedback moment during the design phase, and every apartment is thoroughly inspected by our team before it goes to market.
How are apartments rented and managed?
weVLC manages the full rental process, including tenant selection, contracts, and day-to-day operations. We focus on mid-term rentals with high demand and an average occupancy of around 98%. Once the property is running, you receive clear quarterly reports covering performance and operations.
How do you reduce risk for investors?
Risk reduction is built into every step of our model. Payments are linked to real project milestones, legal due diligence is completed before every purchase, and tenants are carefully selected through a personal screening process. If challenges arise, our team handles them proactively and professionally.
