What's the process of moving in?

After receiving the request, we will reach out in 48 hours if we decide to arrange a short interview. Afterwards, when a fit is found, we draft the contract and reserve the room.

What are the final costs?

Are my roommates going to be of the same gender?

At weVLC, we don't discriminate or choose our co-livers based on gender. Therefore you will probably live in a house with both male and female roommates. The most important thing is that there is respect amoung each other and you feel safe.

How long can I rent for?

Our contracts depend on our calendar availability. Our average stay is between 3 - 11 months. We are focused on internationals looking for midterm accomodation, however extension is always negotiable.
