What we found

An apartment in Cabanyal, a neighbourhood where demand from young professionals keeps growing and good rental stock is hard to find. A poor layout with wasted square meters was where we saw we could truly add value in making four proper bedrooms and spacious common areas.. Not only that, the location was also a big reason behind the yes to this project, being so close to the market and the metro.

What we changed

We renovated the whole apartment and planned it around four private bedrooms and shared spaces that work for four people living together. Using materials that are made to last, designing around the natural light that is in the apartment as well. And finally, we furnished every room so it was ready to live in from day one.

How it is now

Four bedrooms, all rented. Our property manager signed the first booking before we had even photographed the finished apartment. The other three rooms were taken within five days of opening.

The apartment now brings in €2,275 a month, above the €2,200 we had estimated.
