About the role: Operations Manager
Join weVLC and help shape the next phase of one of Valencia’s fastest-growing real estate investment companies.
As Operations Manager, you will own the full lifecycle performance of our real estate assets — from execution to stabilized operations. You will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, furnished on time, launched successfully, and operated at strong occupancy and profitability levels.
Working closely with the Real Estate Director and leadership team, you will ensure that every project runs efficiently, meets deadlines and budgets, and maintains the high standards of design and quality that define weVLC.
This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility, moves fast, and loves turning vision into execution.
You are responsible for:
Project Execution
Lead and oversee all project transformations from Product definition to delivery.
Supervise Project Managers — assign projects, conduct 1:1s, review progress, and ensure efficient execution.
Define project prioritization in collaboration with leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with targeted margins.
Support problem-solving on construction sites.
Participate in contractor selection and negotiation.
Coordinate with Finance to monitor budgets and investor reporting.
Living / Asset Performance
Lead the Living (Property Management) team.
Ensure smooth asset launch: furnishing, onboarding, pricing strategy, and operational setup.
Monitor occupancy rates, rental performance, and tenant experience.
Optimize profitability across assets.
Improve operational systems, processes, and reporting.
Act as escalation point for operational or tenant-related challenges.
Investor & Performance Alignment
Provide structured performance updates to investors.
Align execution timelines with expected returns.
Track operational KPIs and improve asset-level margins.
