Andrés, Founder

Part of your time is about keeping the CEO organized and effective, managing his schedule, his communications, and the logistics that let him focus on what matters. The rest is about making investors, clients, and partners feel genuinely looked after, whether during a visit to Valencia, at an event we organize, or in the early stages of their relationship with us. We're looking for someone who plans to stay long-term and accumulate real institutional knowledge about our business, our investors, and our processes to truly excel at the role.
What you'll do
CEO Support
Manage Andrés's calendar, meetings, bookings, and travel, making sure agendas and follow-ups are always in order
Coordinate internal and external communications on his behalf, and represent him as a reliable point of contact with stakeholders when needed
Keep the office organized and running smoothly, and take full ownership of ad-hoc requests as they arise.
Organise team meetings and events, from scheduling to logistics and follow-up
Assist with personal tasks that fall outside the office but still free up his time and focus
Investor Relationships
Organize investor events, team meetings and gatherings, client tours, and property visits, from logistics to follow-up
Represent weVLC at conferences and support PR and media-related initiatives
Handle inbound investor inquiries and pre-qualification calls with confidence and a solid grasp of our investment proposition (temporary work while we build out the team around this function)
Who you are
You anticipate needs before they arise and act on them without being asked. Your communication is clear and professional, whether you're writing to an investor, coordinating with a contractor, or updating the team. You understand business priorities and use that understanding to decide where to focus. Discreet and trustworthy, you handle sensitive information with care. And you're genuinely hands-on: no task is beneath you, and you find satisfaction in making things work smoothly.
What we're looking for
2 to 4 years in an executive support, coordination, or client-facing role; real estate or investment context is a plus
Excellent written and verbal English, fluent Spanish speaker
Some working knowledge of Spanish is helpful for day-to-day life in Valencia, though the role operates primarily in English
You think several steps ahead and take action before anyone has to ask
Do mentallity, you take care of anything needed
Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients, in person and in writing
Highly organized and capable of working with minimal direction
Based in Valencia or genuinely willing to relocate
What we offer
A long-term role with real growth potential in a fast-moving company
The chance to work closely with an ambitious founder in an industry that's evolving fast
A high-performance scale-up culture where no two days look the same and your contribution is visible
Live and work in Valencia—named the best city in the world for expats in 2024.
A beautiful office next to Jardí del Túria, shared with international startups and scaleups.
Free breakfast and lunch, fun team activities, and a supportive, growth-minded environment.
