What's the process to live in weVLC?
After receiving your request, we will arrange a short interview. Afterwards we can draft the contract and reserve the room for you.

ARE ALL LOCATIONS FOR CO-LIVING OR DO YOU ALSO HAVE STUDIOS?
weVLC is decentralised co-living spread around the city. Most of our locations are shared flats of 3-4 rooms. We also have a studios and rent a few full apartments. We have limited availability, please reach out directly to receive an updated overview.

ARE THERE ANY COMMISSIONS?
The commission depends on the duration of your stay. Normally, the commission is half an month rent.

ARE MY ROOMMATES GOING TO BE OF THE
SAME GENDER?
At weVLC, we don't discriminate or choose our co-livers based on gender. Therefore you will probably live in a house with both male and female roommates. The most important thing is that there is respect amoung each other and you feel safe.

HOW LONG CAN I LEASE A ROOM FOR?
Our contracts depend on our calendar availability. Our average stay is between 4 - 8 months. We cannot offer a longterm rental solution, and are instead focussed on internationals looking for midterm accomodation.
