Responsibilities

• Investment Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to craft and execute investment strategies that align with weVLC’s growth goals.
• Market Analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities within the real estate and co-living sectors.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, presenting financial insights and securing funding for key initiatives.
• Risk Assessment: Analyze potential risks and ensure informed, strategic decision-making for all investment activities.
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure investment deals to deliver maximum value for weVLC and its stakeholders.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee investment portfolios, ensuring high performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in investment advisory, financial management, or similar roles, ideally within real estate
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain investor relationships
• Knowledge of market trends in real estate and co-living
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (CFA or equivalent preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
