Join weVLC as an Accounting & Admin Intern and gain hands-on experience at the heart of a fast-growing real estate investment company in Valencia. During this internship, you’ll work closely with our finance and operations team and learn how the financial backbone of a scale-up is built — from daily accounting to real estate transactions and process optimisation.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who wants to apply theoretical knowledge in a real business environment and grow into a finance or operations role.
At weVLC, we manage multi-million-euro investments, renovate properties, and run a fully integrated real estate operation. As an intern, you won’t just observe — you’ll actively contribute, learn by doing, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

Accounting support (PGC): assist with daily bookkeeping, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, and preparation of monthly closing files.
ERP support (Holded): help maintain clean data in our ERP system (invoices, bank feeds, suppliers, accounts). You’ll learn how an ERP supports finance and operations and gradually take on more responsibility. Holded experience is a plus, not a must.
Invoicing & cash support: assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and cash-flow overviews.
Process & digital improvement: help document processes (contracts, documents, reporting) and support simple automation or optimisation projects.
Real estate transaction support: assist with administrative tasks around purchases/sales, utilities switchovers, contracts, and coordination with agents and notaries.
Planning & reporting: support budgeting, forecasting, and basic management reporting.
Scale-up exposure: step in where needed, learn fast, ask questions, and grow with the company.
Studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
Basic understanding of Spanish accounting principles (PGC).
Very organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools.
Curious mindset and interest in automation, AI, and process improvement.
Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English.
