As our Project Management Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Real Estate to support renovation projects from beginning to end. Your mission is to make sure every apartment we deliver is on-time, on-budget, and up to standard. You will gain real-world experience and develop skills in project execution, negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
What you will do:
Renovation coordination – Support project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on every renovation.
Contractor sourcing – Help select the best contractors and service providers to ensure top value and professionalism.
Budget and quotations – Request and compare quotations, assist in negotiating terms, and support in building renovation budgets.
Timeline optimization – Keep projects on track and help identify bottlenecks to speed up execution.
Supplier coordination – Follow up on material orders, manage documentation, and handle declaraciones responsables and other administrative support tasks.
Investor reporting – Prepare project updates and financial summaries to keep our investors informed and engaged.
Team & partner communication – Be the go-to point of contact for contractors and suppliers, making sure everyone stays aligned.
On-site quality control – Participate in site visits to ensure renovation standards and brand guidelines are met.
You are:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Exceptionally organized, with a hands-on approach and strong follow-up skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to budgets and quotations.
Proactive and solution-driven, with a can-do attitude.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus (or willingness to learn it on the job).
In possession of a valid driver's license.
Experience (or strong interest) in project management, real estate, construction, or design is a big plus.
Currently enrolled in your final year of studies and eligible for an internship.
