The Role: Real Estate Project Manager Intern (Renovations)

As our Real Estate Project Manager Intern, you will work directly alongside our Head of Real Estate to drive residential renovation projects from initial planning to final delivery.
Your core mission is to make sure every apartment project is executed on time, on budget, and up to weVLC quality standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role: half of your time will be spent managing budgets, vendors, and timelines from our office, and the other half will be on-site keeping projects moving forward smoothly.

What You Will Do

  • Renovation Project Management: Support the end-to-end execution of apartment renovations, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines.

  • Contractor & Supplier Sourcing: Help select, request quotes from, and manage relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Track project expenses, evaluate contractor proposals, assist in budget negotiations, and help build clear financial overviews.

  • On-Site Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify that work aligns with our design standards, and address roadblocks on the spot.

  • Permits & Administration: Coordinate material deliveries, keep project documentation organized, and manage local administrative processes (e.g.,declaraciones responsables).

  • Investor Updates: Assist in preparing clear project updates and financial summaries for key stakeholders and investors.

What we are looking for

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required (Spanish is essential for on-site contractor management and local administration; English is our primary office language).

  • Background: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Building Environment/Construction Management, Architecture, or Business.

  • Hands-on & Proactive: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, love solving operational puzzles, and take full responsibility for your tasks.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, budgets, and quotations.

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets.(Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory).

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license (to easily visit site locations across the city).

  • Status: Must be eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or educational institute.

What’s in it for you:

  • Real Impact & Fast Growth: Direct mentorship from the Head of Real Estate with a clear, direct path to a full-time Project Manager role upon successful completion.

  • Unbeatable Location: Work from our bright, central office next to Jardí del Túria in Valencia.

  • Compensation: A paid internship with a monthly allowance, plus free daily breakfast & lunch at the office.

  • Culture: A young, high-energy, and international workplace where your ideas and initiative truly count.
