The Role: Property Manager
You will own two outcomes: full occupancy and a great tenant experience. On the commercial side, you will manage listings across platforms, set pricing, and convert leads into signed contracts. On the operations side, you will be the person tenants rely on from their first viewing to the day they move out.
What will you do:
Publish and manage listings across relevant platforms, setting and continuously refining room pricing.
Follow up with leads, sell the concept, and run qualification calls to turn interest into signed contracts.
Be the go-to point of contact for all existing tenants, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Coordinate maintenance, check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning to keep every property in perfect condition.
Plan and run community events that bring tenants together. You decide what life inside a weVLC home feels like.
Use CRM and automation tools to keep communications and processes running efficiently.
Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, managing quarterly invoicing and keeping owners informed on relevant updates.
Who you are:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Fluently in Spanish. Dutch is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
A people person. You build trust quickly and handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism.
Commercially aware: you think about occupancy, pricing, and revenue, not just - tenant happiness.
Proactive and solutions-oriented: you spot problems early and act before they escalate.
Comfortable with CRM, listing platforms, and automation tools, or willing to learn fast.
Driven to explore AI to optimise your processes.
Experience in property management, co-living, real estate, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus.
